AGME special machine for electric windows assembly
Last modified 03-07-2009
AGME has recently designed and manufactured an automated special machine for electric windows components assembly.
This special assembly machine is composed of: 2 rotary transfers The novelty of this special machine is the incorporation of 2 controlled axes to place the vertical riveting spindle. This allows any riveting head position and a complete flexibility.
In the rotary transfers following processes are performed:
1st transfer: four stations dial transfer for assembling axles, pulleys and greasing
In the first station the two axles are loaded automatically and in the second station the greasing of the axles are done.
In the third station the two pulleys are automatically loaded and in the fourth station the subassemblies are also automatically loaded in the second dial transfer toolings.
2nd transfer: four stations dial transfer for riveting axles and pulleys above the rails
In this second transfer there are:
One fixed riveting machine Agme RR-12; with an angular movement of ± 12º programmed by a CNC
One radial riveting machine Agme RR-12 that moves in the X axis controlled by CNC; and two ± 12º angular movements
2 quality assurance systems CP-1 that permits to control the Z axis.
In the first station of this transfer the two greased axles and pulleys subassemblies are loaded and in the second one the rail is loaded manually.
In the third station the two axles that hold the pulleys are riveted and finally in the fourth station there is an OK/NOK automatic ejection.
